We are offering 2 weeks free (up to 3 sessions) to help people get back in to the fitness groove, boost their confidence, and join a friendly & supportive community.
As part of the trial you’ll have access to all of our fully coached sessions – Functional Fitness, Sweat, Weightlifting, Gymnastic Strength Training, Yoga & Mobility, plus Open Gym.

We have a diverse range of members – of all shapes & sizes, from super fit to complete beginners. Some people are pushing to reach their peak fitness, others are taking their first steps towards improved health.
